We suggest you wear an N95 mask in public spaces and take precautions 10 days prior to your retreat. We ask that if you have had a known recent exposure to COVID that you bring this to our attention prior to travel.

2 people or less, do not need to book the space ahead of time. You can just show up!
3 people or more, you need to book the space ahead of time. To do so click here! Reservations are by 30 minute increments. If you do not see the times you need, they’ve been taken.
Ex: You need to booking for 9-10:30am, book the space from 9-9:30, 9:30-10 and 10-10:30.
How to get access?
In case the case there are a maximum of 2 people, just come on over, knock on the door! However, for longterm access you need to become a key holder! To be a short term or long term keyholder, complete the keyholder request form, then schedule a time for pickup with Damoya (damoya@hearingyouthvoices.com) or Maya (maya@hearingyouthvoices.com). Key Holders: Your key serves as masterkeys to all exterior door deadbolts.
Short term key holder — needed for 24hrs up to 5 days.
Long term key holders — employee or partnering organization liaison participating in community and shared space.
Common Spaces:
You are welcome to use the Conference Room, Tree House and any of the common spaces as long as they are available… if you’d like someone to show you around, ask someone! There’s always someone around.
Bathrooms:
On 32 Broad Street, there is a private bathroom in the kitchen in the first floor kitchen.
On 30 Broad Street, there is a single private bathroom under the stairway in the living room.
Wifi:
There are QR codes around the office for easy access.
